Ken our Master Butcher has over 30 years experience as a top class butcher. There isn't a cut he cannot do and he is passing his vast experience on to Jamie.
Jamie works alongside Ken and is known as the 'Sausage Professor'. He comes up with our flavour combo's and hand makes our sausages on site.
Together, they are the dynamic butchering duo, here to serve Radlett quality meat at quality prices.
